Project Objectives

  1. To increase public awareness about self-determination
  2. To conduct Self-Determination Technical Assistance Center site development activities to improve the current “exemplary practices” provided by each of four sites
  3. To assist the four Self-Determination Technical Assistance Center sites as they provide technical assistance to local education agencies (LEAs) in their states
  4. To develop products and disseminate materials related to self-determination
  5. To evaluate the project
